This is Jessica...
Jessica and Dave's little brother Rupert (aka: Robert, Bob, Ru, Rupey, Rob) got married on January 15th. Our family was able to go to Utah to be a part of it.
Here are some pictures from our fabulous trip!!
We had the privilege of staying with Grandpa Rigby (Kerrie's dad) for the first 4 days. He was so kind opening his home to our crazy family. The day we got there he asked what kinds of foods the kids liked and promptly went out and bought them. He made sure we were comfortable. It was really nice to just sit and talk to him some evenings. He is a great man.
Granny Felt (Rod's mom) kept her Christmas tree up so we could have a little Felt family Christmas. We had a yummy dinner, acted out the nativity, and exchanged gifts. Just like a "real" Christmas. It was so nice to all be in the same place together again.
Haley loved all the attention!
Dave and I at the Salt Lake Temple. It was a very nice ceremony. The sealer was Mark Benson, President Ezra Taft Benson's son. Who also happened to be Rod's mission president. Who also happened to marry Dave and I 11 1/2 years ago.
All the Felt siblings.
Apparently Dave and Eric thought they weren't in enough pictures so they snuck into Jessica's family picture time! (see them in the top right corner hee-hee)
Austin, Taylor and Caden were unbelievably good throughout the whole time in Utah. They were very patient and well behaved. I'm a lucky mom to have such great kiddos!
Taylor and Austin making sure they looked their best for the reception.
Me and Haley
The crazy boy cousins looking so sharp!
All tuckered out after a VERY long day.
After the wedding festivities were over we decided to stay in a hotel with a pool for a couple days. The boys love swimming and we wanted some time together as just our family. This was Haley's first time in a pool. Cute hua?
We didn't get to spend very much time with my sister and her family, but the time we had was really nice. These are all the Kendall cousins and my boys, I think Haley was asleep.
One of our favorite things we used to do when we lived in Utah was going to the bounce house at Classic Skating. This time they had added "the jungle" the boys had such a fun time climbing and playing.
Along with the wedding we were able to do some other fun things to. We went to a children's museum called the Tree House, I was able to go to dinner with my dearest friends from high school, Dave was able to go skiing, we visited Dave's old work family, ate really good food that we don't have here, and played, played, played.
We had such a fantastic time in Utah, it was pretty hard for me to come back to Indianapolis this time. We love it here but you know the line, "there's no place like home."
